The handwashing sink behind the service counter was blocked by several buckets and boxes. COS. PIC moved these to allow access to the sink, ensure that handwashing sinks are accessible at all times.

Keep drive-thru window shut when not serving customers. Eliminate flies that have entered.
10. Front hand washing sink in serving area was being used for rinsing utensils.
This hand washing sink will no longer be used for rinsing utensils.

By next regular inspection, this establishment must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on duty for every shift food preparation is happening. Person-in-Charge is scheduled to take class.
