16. Counter top can opener had a large amount of food debris build-up. COS, This was properly clean and sanitized.
49. Observed a build up of food residue on the exterior of the flat top, the 2 door cooler and the wall the dish machine is attached to. Clean areas more frequently so that surface areas are free of any food debris/residue. Will check on this next inspection.

49. Observed areas along the coving behind and along the kitchen equipment that had an accumulation of food debris and dirt. These areas should be cleaned more frequently. Explained to PIC that this is an attractive nuisance for pests.
48. Facility does not have test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer for the chlorine dish machine or the quat sanitizer for the three compartment sink. Both measured appropriately during the inspection.
22. The freezer in back room was not holding proper temperature. A foul odor was observed and all food in freezer was discarded voluntarily. Freezer should not beused until repaired or replaced.
