28. A cup without a lid containing a white powdery substance was observed in the back room above the three compartment sink. COS PIC discarded the cup containing the white powdery substance.

49. Walk in cooler was observed to have a dark colored residue on the shelves and floor of the cooler. Correct by next routine inspection.
