10. The hand sink closest to the service counter, was partially blocked by a stack of clean, drying food trays. Hand sinks shall be accessible at all times to ensure proper hand washing. Relocate the trays to a different location to ensure accessibility of the hand sink. **Corrected on Site by relocating the trays.
47. The grill in the back corner of the kitchen prep area, which gets used as a back-up, has a grease catch container that is not properly functioning. The container does not slide out to empty the grease as it was originally designed for. The employees have been putting absorbent wiping cloths in the hole that leads to the catch bin to absorb the grease. Repair this unit so it works as it was originally designed by the next regular inspection.
55. Several floor tiles throughout the kitchen are cracked and/or have pieces missing. Repair/replace the floors tiles as needed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
56. One of the light shields in the walk-in freezer is cracked and the shield is missing on the second light. Lights shall be protected at all times. Replace the cracked shield and provide a shield for the second light.

51. A leak is present at the central portion of the 3-compartment sink faucet when it is turned on. Maintain all plumbing in good repair and repair according to law. A work order has been put in for this issue.
49. The top and exterior surface of the dish machine has lime build-up and is soiled. Maintain this area clean and so the surface is easily cleanable. Clean by the next routine inspection and as needed.
36. The hanging thermometer in the walk-in cooler is broken and no longer accurately reading the internal temperature of the cooler. Maintain all thermometers in good repair. Corrected on site by replacing the thermometer with a new one.

10. Hand washing signage is not available at the hand sink to the right of the three-compartment sink in the back portion of the kitchen.

36. The hanging thermometer located inside the walk-in cooler is broken.

49. The equipment surrounding the container in the back of the kitchen, where the bacon grease gets poured into, is soiled with grease build up. Clean this area as needed.
55. Several floors and walls throughout the establishment are soiled. Such as: the floor in the walk-in cooler, the wall at the three-compartment sink, the wall to the left of the dish washer, the floor under the three-compartment sink, the floor below and near the fryers and under the ice machine. Clean these areas as needed.
56. The light located above the prep area in the kitchen and near the ice machine, is not properly shielded. A maintenance request has been put in for this issue. Repair by the next routine inspection.
