37. Observed what appeared to be salt and cinnamon sugar containers without common name label. Observed spray bottle with water for pretzels without a name label. All items out of their original container must be labeled with their common name by the next routine inspection

39. Observed food items stored on the ground. Ensure all food and drink items are stored at least 6 inches off the ground by the next routine inspection

48. Facility did not have test strips for sanitizer. In 10 days, provide receipt or proof of purchase for sanitizer solution.
