8. Observed an employee turning off the faucet with his bare hands after washing them. COS, Employee was instructed to re-wash and ensure that a barrier ius used to turn off the faucet.

10. Women's restroom did not have a sign informing employees to wash thier hands before returning to work. COS, Signage was provided and hung during the inspection.

49. The ceiling near the ventilation hood for the pizza cooker has a building up of dust. Ensure this area is cleaned to eliminate the presence of dust and clean frequently so that accumulation does not occur.

43. RTE pickles in bucket had a food basket as a scoop in use in the product. The basket was removed and replaced with a scoop with a handle.

21. Observed taco meat and queso in the warming cabinet that had a temperature ranging from 110-115*F. The temperature gauge was adjusted during the routine inspection and the temperatures were at 135 or above at the end of inspection. COS.
