39. **** Inspector noted a dented can of pumpkin stored with the rest of the cans in dry storage. When notified, facility pulled dented cans and tossed them, COS. Ensure that dented cans are seperated. *****

44. **** Two drawers of utensils- mainly a drawer filled with measuring cups as well as a scraper drawer were stored with the utensils facing several different directions. This is a repeat violation, Ensure that clean utensils are stored with their handles facing one direction so that the food-contact surfaces of them are not contaminated. ****

55. *** Two drains next to the dishwasher are exposed and uncovered. Ensure that these are covered so that they are smooth and easily cleanable to prevent contamination. ****

15. **** A box of eggs was being held in the bottom of the fridge with several broken eggs in the container. The PIC voluntarily discarded the entire box of eggs. Ensure that food is protected from cross contamination by separation of any damage product. COS. ****
