Inspector noted a dented can of pumpkin stored with the rest of the cans in dry storage. When notified, facility pulled dented cans and tossed them, COS. Ensure that dented cans are seperated.

Two drawers of utensils- mainly a drawer filled with measuring cups as well as a scraper drawer were stored with the utensils facing several different directions. This is a repeat violation, Ensure that clean utensils are stored with their handles facing one direction so that the food-contact surfaces of them are not contaminated.
