All items were removed from prep table and thrown out. I will do a follow-up inspection on October 1st, 2024, and at that time, show proof of work done and the cooler must hold food at or below 41 deg F.

The potato slicer used to make fries had a build-up of debris.

I informed PIC that the slicer needs to be cleaned after every use. She agreed. I will be checking the cleanliness of the slicer on October 1st, 2024.
