28. Two spray bottles are located at the rack to the right of the 3-compartment sink. They have a clear liquid inside and without a label of the contents. The person in charge (PIC) stated the spray bottles contain chlorine bleach sanitizer. Label all toxic containers appropriately so they don't get misused. The bottles have been corrected on site and labeled.

9. A cooked panini was seen being handled with bare hands. A barrier needs to be in place when handling ready to eat food items. Provide a barrier between bare hands and ready to eat food items at all times.

16. *** Sanitizer bucket was 200 ppm. *** COS A chlorine solution needs to be between 50 to 100 ppm. Employee diluted the sanitizer bucket to 100 ppm. I suggested that they write and post a procedure on the wall of how to make a sanitizer solution to the correct concentration so all employees make it the same way.
