22. *** Observed the deep freezer in the back to be not holding temperature. Items were holding between 50F-55F. ***COS 64 pre-packaged hot dogs in buns were discarded at time of inspection. Freezer was found to be unplugged. This unit is not to be used until it is holding proper temperature.

47. *** The gasket on the small freezer up front is peeling off. *** Ensure this gasket is repaired by next routine inspection so the unit holds proper temperature.

53. *** There were no covered waste receptacles for women's hygenic products in the women's restroom. *** Ensure covered waste receptacles are in each stall by next routine inspection.

55. *** Observed a spill under a cabinet near the ICEE machine. *** Ensure that the spill is cleaned to prevent nuisance pests from being attracted to the area. Clean by next routine inspection.

55. *** The following areas are in need of repair / attention. -Cove molding must be replaced under the 2-compartment sink. -Front panel missing on the ice machine. -Chips / missing tiles in floor in the back area need repaired so the floors are easily cleanable and non-absorbent.

10. Handwashing sink was not observed at hand sink on the front line. ***COS by providing sign.

10. Handsink on the front line does not have a cold water faucet. Replace by December 10, 2023. A follow up inspection will occur on or after December 10, 2023.

44. Ladle was observed lying on two wet towels next to the three compartment sink. ***COS by removing wet cloths and placing ladle in 3-comp sink to be sanitized.

55. Floor tiles under the popcorn maker are heavily damaged. Repair by next routine inspection.
