8. Female employee observed washing hands however because paper towels had not been place in the dispenser she used her hands to turn off the water faucet. After handwashing to prevent recontamination of hands, you must use a disposable towel or something similar. Second employee washed hands correctly.

37. Spray bottle of clear liquid identified as water was not labeled. Label products that can not be readily identified.
