55. Observed furnace filters on outside of furnace uncovered, leaving food subject to contamination. The furnace filters were covered with a heavy accumulation of dust. Person in charge stated DM knows and new filters are coming. Along with replacing the filters regularly, find a way to cover the filters to protect against contamination of uncovered food.
