Inspector noted several instances where food employees changed gloves without washing hands after changing tasks. COS, when notified, employees washed hands between glove uses. Ensure that hands are washed in-between glove uses to prevent contamination.

Inspector observed employee use gloves on a touch screen also touched by ungloved hands and then went to begin food prep. When notified, employee changed gloved and washed hands, COS. To prevent contamination, gloves should only be used for one task or when potentially contaminated.
