23. Observed hotdogs in the tall standing cooler without a date label. Per the PIC, the hot dogs were opened last Thursday. I explained the hot dogs must follow the 7 day date marking rules. Hot dogs were discarded. Corrected on site. In the future, if there are open packages left over, they can be frozen to stop the 7 days.
