16. Quat sanitizer bucket at espresso maker measured 100 ppm. ***COS Sanitizer bucket remade.
47. Gaskets on left cooler on the barista line is damaged, not allowing the cooler to completely close. The cooler temped at 42F, which is within the margin of error of +/- 3F for air temperature. A repair is planned. Until gasket is replaced, do not use for TCS foods.
49. Floors around oven, lid of flour container and top of spatula rack observed with an accumulation of food debris. Clean and maintain clean by next routine inspection.

8. Observed employees wash hands, and turn the faucet off without a barrier. ***COS Education provided to Person in Charge, who retrained employees.
37. Prepackaged baked goods do not have allergens listed. Update packaging to identify any Big 9 Allergens present in the product. Send updated label to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net by 11/19/2024. If an updated label is not received by this date, a follow up inspection will occur after 11/19/24.

10. Observed the back hand sink without a supply of soap. Hand sinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. Soap was supplied to the hand sink. Corrected on site.
28. Observed chemical spray bottle in the back kitchen area without a name label. Per the PIC, one is a quat sanitizer spray. Another bottle had a label that had faded and could not be read. Per the PIC, it was a soap mixture. All working containers of chemicals and cleaning agents must be labeled with their common names. Container was labeled/re-labeled. Corrected on site.
49. Observed the shelf with the microwave with food debris build up. Ensure the shelf is cleaned (including under the microwave) and maintained clean by the next routine inspection.
