The Women's restroom sink did not have a handwashing sign at time of inspection. COS, inspector provided sign and PIC posted it.

One fridge holding TCS food did not have an internal thermometer. COS, PIC noted another fridge had two thermometers in it and moved one to the fridge without the thermometer.

The baking oven is vented such that it is leaving a residue on the back wall and ceiling behind it. Ensure that this is properly vented to prevent residue.

Handwashing sink in front prep area was being used to scrape dishes. When notified, facility stopped scrapping dishes in sink. Facility asked if they could convert handwashing sink into a utility sink. Inspector will bring this up with Food Program manager, but in the meantime, a handwashing sink can only be used for handwashing.

The ice machine has a build up of red residue around the ice making portion. Remove ice and rinse / wash / sanitize to ensure that machine is clean to sight and touch. A follow-up will occur 9-19 to ensure this is done.

Facility had a bag of prepared chopped bacon in the deli cooler with a date label of 9-3 that went out of date after 9-9. PIC tossed bacon.

Noted Quat sanitizer in sink and sanitizer bucket had a concentration of 100-150 PPM with manufacturers recommendation of 200-400.
COS- PIC remade an added the appropriate amount of sanitizer to meet specifications at 200 ppm.
