10. Handwashing sink in drive thru area observed with ice in the basin and ice cream on the front of the sink. Use hand sinks for hand washing only. ***COS Education provided to person in charge.

16. Quat bucket in grill area measured at 100 ppm. ***COS Employee made new sanitizer bucket.

39. Observed an employee scoop ice with a to go cup before filling it with soda. A scoop must be used to scoop ice to protect the ice from contamination.

41. Observed a wiping cloth sitting out on the front counter while not in use. ***COS Placed wiping cloth in sanitizer bucket.

47. Observed hand sinks in the drive thru area and on the front line to be pulling away from the wall. Recaulk sinks by next routine inspection.

49. Observed fans in the walk in cooler to have an accumulation of dust. Clean fans in walk in cooler by next routine inspection.

41. Two buckets of sanitizing solution for wiping cloths had Quaternary ammonia concentrations that were too weak. (were at 10ppm). Wiping cloth bucket Quaternary ammonia solutions were re-made to 150ppm.
