10. The hand sink near the grill line was out of paper towels. COS, PIC re-stocked the paper towels.

49. The interior base of the prep line coolers need cleaned more frequently, there is an accumulation of food debris and water. Also noted food debris under equipment. Clean these areas more frequently as it can create an attractive nuisance of pests.

48. Facility is using a hot water sanitizing dish machine in the kitchen. Temp measuring device or strips to measure surface temperature were not available. Order strips or device to measure surface temperature by 2/21/24 and send photo documentation to courtneys@tchd.net.

49. There is an accumulation of grease on the floor under and beside fry line and grill line. Clean area more frequently so that accumulation does not occur.
