26. *** The eggs being used at the facility are not pasteurized. The PIC stated that the eggs at the facility are combined in bowls and made into scrambles which are served to kids at the facility. Due to the age of kids at the facility, they are categorized as a highly susceptible population and as such pasteurized eggs must be used in preparation of scrambled eggs. The PIC threw the unpasteurized products away and as such a follow up inspection is not required. This violation is corrected on site. COS. ***

2. The CFPM is no longer employed by the facility. ***COS The person in charge registered a new employee during the inspection.

13. Many of the cans in the facility were damaged. 13 were dented on a seam and taken off of the shelves. These cannot be served to the children. PIC stated that they have issues with the cans falling and becoming damaged. ***COS Removed 13 dented cans from the shelves. Educated person in charge in evaluating dented cans. Discussed finding a new storage system to avoid damaging cans.

16. *** Observed multiple measuring cups in a cabinet to be soiled. ***COS Items were pulled to be cleaned during the inspection. Ensure food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch.

49. *** Observed areas on the inside of the freezer, across from the 2-door fridge, to have buildup of food residue. *** Clean by next routine inspection and maintain routine cleaning.

49. *** Observed a storage unit to be soiled and the inside of the refrigerator racks to have some organic growth. *** Ensure these areas are cleaned by next routine inspection.

55. *** Observed the floor underneath the 3-compartment sink to have a build-up of white mineral growth (calcium/limestone) from hard water. *** Recommend using a de-limer or some type of cleaning agent to remove the hard water stains and recommend routine cleaning to prevent build-up.
