9. *** Witnessed employee holding bread with a bare hand while spreading peanut butter. *** COS Informed employee that gloves must be worn when handling ready-to-eat (RTE) foods, like bread for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Employee put on gloves to handle bread. She informed that that she washed her hands before handling the food.
