53. The self-closing device on the restroom door is not properly functioning. All restroom doors shall be self-closing and tight fitting between uses to contain any odors. Repair/replace the self-closing fixture by the next routine inspection.

43. The handle of the ice scoop was found touching the ice inside the ice bin of the soft drink machine. Store all scoops either out of the ice between uses or with the handle up and out of the ice to prevent contamination. Corrected on site by storing the scoop up and out of the ice.

53. The self closing device to the restroom is broken and the door does not completely close. Repair the device or provide another means for the door to completely close.
