23. Observed cooked rice and imitation crab mix did not have a date label. PIC stated that these items were prepped yesterday. COS, PIC placed labels on these items.
49. The equipment in the prep/cook trailer needs to be moved so that it can be cleaned and maintained clean. Observed some accumulation of grease and food debris under equipment and along the walls.
