43. Two plastic round containers were being used to dispense the sugar. Only containers with a handle are allowed to dispense food items and can be stored in the food item as long as the handle is up and out of the food item. **Corrected on site: The two round containers have been removed from the sugar and disposed of.
49. 1. The fan covers on the ceiling of the Stella Artois True cooler at the bar are soiled. 2. The lower interior surface of the Nor Lake cooler is soiled. Maintain all non-food contact surfaces clean. Clean these areas as often as necessary.
55. A couple floor tiles in the back storage area of the kitchen, where the cans are located, have cracked and are no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Repair or replace the tiles so they meet these requirements.
56. There is no lighting in the True prep cooler located in the back of the kitchen, where the pasta is being stored. Provide lighting in all coolers. Provide lighting by the next regular inspection.

10. A large can used to store soiled equipment was being stored in front of the hand sink in the kitchen area. Hand sinks shall be accessible at all times. **Corrected on site: The container has been relocated.
23. A cooled down container of chicken noodle soup and a container of ravioli were found in the Nor Lake cooler without a label. It was stated these items were placed in the cooler yesterday. All TCS foods which are being kept for longer than 24 hours need to be properly labeled. **Corrected on Site by adding labels.
55. The fan covers on the ceiling inside the Stella Artois True cooler at the bar area are soiled. Maintain all ceilings and attached equipment clean.

57. The two owners have their Food Protection Manager Certificates and allergen training, but none of the rest of the employees have their Food Handler Certificates. The owner stated she will be purchasing the software for all employees to complete the training. Once the food handler certificates are achieved, please email a picture of them to kbrown@tchd.net. This needs completed by the next routine inspection.
10. Soap was not provided at the bar hand sink nor the kitchen hand sink in the prep/3-compartment sink area. **Corrected on site. Soap has now been provided at both hand sinks.
