8. Gloves were used for several tasks without being changed. Food was prepped to be cooked, orders were taken, and ready to eat food was touched with the same gloves.

24. Shredded cheese is being held out of temperature. Complete Time As A Public Health Control SOP and return to Dawn by 3/23/25.
28. Chlorine Sanitizer spray bottle measured above 200 PPM.

Remade sanitizer to proper concentration.
35. Meat was observed thawing in the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge stated that is how they thaw their meat.

Meat was put in cooler to finish thawing. Education was provided to person in charge.
40. PIC was not wearing a hair restraint. Any time food preparation is occurring, hair must be restrained with a hat or hairnet.
49. The following items were found with an accumulation of debris, grease and dust:
Equipment behind the 3 compartment sink
Interior of all coolers
Exterior of all coolers
Handles of all coolers and equipment
Air fryer
walls around the grill
Clean and maintain clean by next routine inspection.

8. Employee was observed putting on gloves to prepare food without washing hands.
Hands must be washed prior to donning gloves to avoid contamination.

10. Handsink was observed filled with cleaners. Because handsink was inaccessible, the three compartment sink was being used for handwashing.
Only the handsink should be used for handwashing. Keep handsink accessible at all times.
