23. **** An opened pre-made container of Hard-boiled eggs and cheese in the stand-up fridge did not have dates on them and were being held for longer than 24 hours. Several other items in the fridge did not have labels, but were being used within 24 hours. COS. PIC labeled unlabeled items. Ensure that any TCS and RTE foods are labeled if not being used within 24 hours. ****

38. **** There is a small hole under the cook area that used to have wiring filling it, but no longer does. Ensure that this hole is filled to prevent pests from entering by next routine inspection. ****

40. **** PIC did not have a hair restraint on their head. PIC did not have a hat at time of inspection, but will be wearing one when active food prep is occurring. ****
