43. Observed small bowls being used to scoop food in the walk in cooler and prep line. Discussed with the PIC that they need to use scoops with a handle and to make sure that the handle is stored above the food item. COS, bowls were replaced

39. Observed uncovered items in the walk in cooler. Discussed this with PIC, food shall be protected from contamination. Lids were placed on bins, COS.

8. Observed employee was hands and shut off faucet without a barrier. COS, educated PIC and discussed with PIC continuously educating employees on proper handwashing due to language barrier.
