48. *** Test strips in facility are for chlorine based solution and they are using quats. *** Test strips for sanitizer used must be provided. Get test strips by 10/18/24. Email me a picture of test strips by Friday.

16. *** Volunteer was washing dishes without using a sanitizer step. *** COS I instructed her on correct wash/rinse/sanitizer procedure. Informed her that dishes are safe to eat off of if they are submerged in quat sanitizer for 30 secs and then air dried.

11. *** Taco meat and biscuits were prepared in a volunteer’s home. *** COS I informed them that food must be prepared in a permitted facility. They said that they would not serve this food anymore. I let them know that their food supplier should have pre-parpared items that they could prepare with a microwave.
