Repeat Violation
A Certified Food Protection Manager is required to be on-site at all times during food preparation and food service. Manager called in to say that she could not be here due to personal reasons. This is a repeat violation. The facility has 30 days to get an additional person signed up for a class. I will recheck on 8/16/24 for progress.

49. Observed food debris build up in the sliding door cooler in back stock area as well as dirt/food building along the walls in kitchen. These areas should be cleaned frequently to avoid any accumulation of dirt and food debris.
2. At the time of the inspection, there was no CFPM onsite. There should be at least one person CFPM certified at all times of operation.
