The manager explained that she originally worked at the Morton location before it closed. She said she was in the process of getting her certification before the fire. There needs to be a CFPM onsite at all times during food preparation. By November 18th, have another person signed up for a CFPM class. I will provide information in my email with the report.

Non-food contact surfaces like bottom shelves, carts, racks, under the shake toppings bar, the shake machine, and in hard-to-reach and often unused places of equipment have a build-up of grease and debris. The washing machine has a build-up of lime deposits and an accumulation of debris.
