15. Box of raw chicken was observed in the reach in cooler above a box of candy bars. ***COS Box of raw chicken was moved to the bottom shelf, below all ready to eat food.

38. Exterior screen door in the kitchen is not tight fitting. Correct by next routine inspection by adjusting door, or adding a sweep to make the door tight fitting, so pests cannot enter.

55. Observed a build up of grease and food debris below stove, grill and fryer. Clean and maintain clean.
