10. THe handsink in the kitchen did not have hand soap. COS, Handsoap was provided from front office. Ensure hand soap is available for hand washingt at all times.
8. Observed an employee wash their hands and not use a barrier to shut off the faucet and then put gloves on. Discussed with PIC that this recontaminates their hands and it was COS.

38. There is a significant gap under the door to the storage room beside the kitchen. During inspection the door from the kitchen into this room was open. This gap from exterior into storage room can allow pests to gain entry. A glue trap was also noticed during inspection. Ensure this gap to the exterior is sealed to prevent pest entry.
This is a repeat violation. It is recommended that the air gap is repaired or close the door to the boiler room and only open to access fridge.
