55. Observed broken or missing floor tiles near the walk in cooler. PIC stated those were damaged with a recent delivery and there is a work order to have them replaced. Replace by next routine inspection so that floors are easily cleanable.

49. The walls and floors including but not limited to behind and under equipment such as prep tables and 3 compartment sink need to be cleaned more frequently so that no accumulation of food or dust/dirt can occur.

55. Observed dust build-up in the walk in cooler around the fan area. Clean more frequently so that dust acculumulation does not occur.

47. Inside of ice machine door and area around door seal is badly cracked and must be replaced. Repair ice machine before next regular inspection.
