28. The bottle of bleach being stored under the hand sink in the secondary kitchen, was a "Low-Splash" and "Lavender" scent. No EPA registration number was found on the label. Only bleach with an EPA registration number is allowed to be used as a sanitizer in a licensed establishment. **Corrected on site: The bleach has been replaced with a bottle that does have the EPA registration number on it. Continue to use only the proper sanitizer.

55. The coving around the bottom of the wall in the dry storage room is missing in some areas. Also the floor in the dry storage room has worn in some places and is no longer non-absorbent. Maintain all walls and floors in good repair. Replace the missing coving and reseal the floor by the next routine inspection.

21. Cooked chicken was at 116F. under heat lamp. After cooking chicken it must be maintained at 135F. or above. Since chicken was just cooked within the hour it allowed to be reheated to 165F.
