55. Water stained ceiling tiles need to be replaced in the following areas: 1) A couple tiles in the girls restroom. 2) A couple tiles in the boys restroom. 3) A couple tiles in the back corner of the "Food Pantry" room. Maintain all ceilings and attached equipment in good repair. Replace the tiles by the next regular inspection.

55. The following items are in need of repair or resurfacing: 1. The exterior surface of the Montgomery Ward deep freeze in the "Therapy Room" is beginning to rust and chip. 2. The handle of the Kenmore freezer in the "Therapy Room" is disconnected and loose. 3. The ceiling tile above the Montgomery Ward deep freeze in the "Therapy Room" is out of place. 4. The floor of the dry storage room is chipping paint and no longer smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. All equipment, floors, walls and ceilings shall be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent and in good repair. Resurface the freezer, repair the handle of the Kenmore freezer, replace the ceiling tile, and resurface the dry storage floor so it's non-absorbent.

36. The thermometer located in the Admiral refrigerator, in the Pantry, is not longer accurate. Provide a new thermometer in this unit by the next routine inspection.

55. The wet mop heads are being stored in the mop sink, in the mop bucket and on the floor of the mop sink room. The mops can be hung up to properly dry on the nails provided above the mop sink. Store these mops in this manner by the next routine inspection.
