10. Handwashing sink in kitchen observed being used for dumping and refilling sanitizer bucket. Food scraps observed around the drain of the handsink.

15. Observed eggs to be on the second shelf from the bottom, on the same shelf as produce and ready to eat lunch meat.

23. No date marks observed on hummus, cheese sauce, sauteed onions.

28. Chemical sanitizer in use was a laundry bleach.

The PIC bought disinfecting bleach with an EPA registration number.
28. Observed bottle of bleach and bottle of Mr Clean to be without lids. Numerous other lids were in the area of the cleaners.

Put lids on Mr Clean and bleach.
39. Frozen tenderloins were observed in the reach in freezer without a covering.
44. Observed plastic spoons in the kitchen and metal food in dry storage area with food contact surface pointing up.
48. Chlorine test strips were not available upon request.

PIC paid $8 for chlorine test strips. A receipt was provided.
49. Observed the following areas that need to be cleaned:
*Under and around the three compartment sink
*Reach in cooler handles and doors
*Microwave door
*Grill well
*Front of stove
Correct by next routine inspection.
51. Mop sink is in disrepair and has been turned off. Repair using a licensed plumber by next routine inspection.
